Our innovative solution integrates Emerson’s digital Remote Operations Controller (ROC) and panel mounted touch screen operator interface with HART smart Fisher steam control valves and Rosemount pressure transmitters to deliver a highly efficient, reliable and safe steam pressure control system.

A key ROI benefit of our digital PRV solution is its ability to accurately lower steam pressure during lower consumption seasons and times of day. The Fisher V260 is a full bore control valve designed from the ground up with features for optimized pressure, flow, and process control. An integral drilled attenuator controls noise and vibration from high pressure drop liquids and gases. The splined shaft connection to the actuator reduces lost motion.

The Control-Disk rotary valve offers excellent throttling performance. An equal percentage flow characteristic provides an improved throttling range comparable to that of a segmented ball valve. Fisher A31D Double-Flange Butterfly Valve
The Fisher A31D is a double-flange, high performance butterfly valve featuring either a splined drive shaft or a keyed drive shaft. The A31D is used in throttling or on/off service and is available in NPS 3 through 12, CL150 and CL300.

Rosemount™ Flow Meters

Flow Measurement is the process of measuring fluid in your plant or industry. You can measure flow through a variety of different Rosemount devices such as magnetic, vortex and differential pressure flow meters.

Magnetic flow meters are often selected because they are obstructionless, cost-effective for aggressive chemicals and slurries and provide highly accurate volumetric flow measurement. A range of liner materials, electrode options and line sizes accommodate a wide variety of process applications. Additionally, magnetic flowmeters can measure fluids bi-directionally, are effective for both very low and high volume flow rates, and are immune to changes in process variables.

Vortex flow meters offer many advantages for flow measurement including easy installation without impulse lines, no moving parts to maintain or repair, less leak potential and a wide flow turndown range. Vortex flow meters also offer very low power consumption, allowing for use in remote areas. Additionally, vortex meters are unique in that they can accommodate liquids, gasses, steam and corrosive applications. Vortex flow meters are also able to withstand high process pressures and temperatures.

As one of the most common technologies for measuring flow, differential pressure (DP) flow has a long history of achieving high accuracy and durability. This measurement technology enables compensated flow, pressure, and temperature readings from a single flowmeter solution, in some cases eliminating the need for impulse lines. Micro Motion™ Coriolis Flow Meters

The basic operation of Coriolis flow meters is based on the principles of motion mechanics. As fluid moves through a vibrating tube it is forced to accelerate as it moves toward the point of peak-amplitude vibration. Conversely, decelerating fluid moves away from the point of peak amplitude as it exits the tube. The result is a twisting reaction of the flow tube during flowing conditions as it traverses each vibration cycle.

DeltaV™ Standard Boiler Solution

The Standard Boiler Control Solution provides a pre-engineered control strategy for gas-fired or oil-fired (and optionally dual fuel combination) boilers. The configuration complies with NFPA 85 - Boiler and Combustion Systems Hazards Code and uses Emerson's best engineering practices. It includes feedwater, single element and three element drum level controls, plus combustion controls with a boiler master demand, parallel metered air and fuel, and oxygen trim with dynamic excess air correction. Steam header pressure control is standard with the solution and additional boilers can be easily added.

DeltaV™ Standard BMS Solution

Emerson's DeltaV Standard BMS (Burner Management System) Solution helps deliver safe and reliable combustion operation for single-fuel/single burner boilers, per NFPA 85, EN 298, and EN 50156 and other applicable codes.
