Services

Our panel design engineers are factory trained on Emerson's DeltaV, ROC, ControlWave, FloBoss, FB1000, FB2000, and FB3000 product lines and work closely with you to insure all design requirements are met while making the panel easy and fast to install in the field.

We generate CAD drawings of the assembly and include a copy in the completed panel and all panels must pass a 100% point to point QC test to insure proper wiring and performance reliability. All panel manufacturing services are conducted at our UL certified shop.

Control Associates stocks a full range of complementary equipment and components to complete your DeltaV, FloBoss, ROC and ControlWave installation.

Our local Emerson-certified Lifecycle Services engineers and technicians are available 24/7 to assist you with startup, commissioning and ongoing system support after your process is up and running.
