From Campus to Career: Control Associates Recognized by NJIT

Control Associates is proud to share that we were recognized by the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) Career Development Services (CDS) as their Most Engaged Employer Partner.

NJIT CDS hosted its 2026 Awards Reception on May 1, 2026, to honor its top recruitment partners. These awards recognize the pivotal role organizations play in supporting student career growth through mentorship and career opportunities.

Control Associates’ recognition reflects not just a moment, but a relationship that has grown significantly over the past several years. We have made a sustained investment in working closely with both NJIT students and faculty—through career fairs, campus presentations, and ongoing collaboration with the CDS team. We actively support students as they prepare for their careers, and our team maintains an open dialogue with the faculty, regularly sharing feedback.

Many individuals who first connected with Control Associates during their academic careers have gone on to join our team. Through continued training and real-world experience, they have grown within our organization and taken on increasing responsibility. We often bring our NJIT alumni back to campus for career fairs and other events, so they can connect with current students and share firsthand perspectives on transitioning from school to industry.
